How can I return an order/article?
You can find the link to our returning policy and portal in the mail you received from us when we’ve sent your package.
How can I exchange an item?
You can return the item you want to exchange and order the desired item again. As soon as we receive your item back, we will refund the paid amount for this via the payment method used.

When can I expect the ordered items at home?
Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours. As soon as your package is ready for shipment, you will receive the track and trace codes from us.
What happens if I am not at home at the delivery time?
You can then pick up your package the next working day at a DHL collection point.
